How to Order

Minimum order is $125, a $25 processing and handling fee will apply for all orders which do not meet the minimum order amount. All open account customers who place an order below $500 will be asked to provide a credit card for payment. Payments received on open account orders within 10 days of invoice date may be made at a discount of 1% off of the invoice total. Payments not made within 30 days of invoice will incur an additional charge of 1.5% interest per month. Free freight is available, depending on order size and location. Goods sold by Alan Manufacturing Inc. are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date sold. The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective goods, which shall be made at the sole discretion of Alan Manufacturing Inc., and shall not cover any labor costs that may be incurred by the purchaser in the removal or return of the defective goods or the reinstallation of the repaired or re-placed goods. This warranty does not cover any damages for loss of use, consequen-tial or incidental damages, or any other damages not expressly provided herein, ex-cept as may be provided by applicable law; and the amount of the warranty claim shall in no event exceed the price that was originally charged to the purchaser for the defective goods if Alan Manufacturing Inc, has elected to replace the defective goods, or the cost of the repair of the defective goods if Alan Manufacturing Inc. has elected to repair the defective goods. Alan Manufacturing Inc. makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, except as specifically stated herein.
